city to city!

New York was great adventure, right after we got home we ran back to the road to see Karen and Paul at CapeCod. i always love their place beautiful and big house, quite and so peaceful with beautiful lake right behind the house. we went there to spend the weekend. Paul took me to his Posche sport car... which was fun!!! karen took me to yard sale which i love the best coz i got this small purse for 50 cent.. the boat ride and relax near the island was great fun... did nothing but relax and swam in the lake, my first rib eye was delicious. Dores (Paul's dad's gf) was so funny, talking with her Kentuckey's accent....

Monday morning we rushed back to Hull and hanged out with Beandos (Shea's niece and nephew) and Tuesday we left Hull for Rutland and stayed over at Beandos' place, i could see baby Eric.. he is as cute as always then Billy took us to a small tour at his school Watchusett, i was amazed with the facilities they have.. such a huge school... they've got everything, baseball field, basketbal, lab, sience lab, good library, art, you name it!! i wont mind to send my kids here:). quick tour then we headed to Woncester, the city where Shea was born. we r staying at his parents' condo... nice and quite place.. now i can have ME time do nothing relax, read my Anne of green gable novel and watch CW56 American show (love this channel coz they put so many crappy drama here). Shea is still busy making plan here and there, meeting his friends and socialize but i told him i aint going anywhere but stay at home. yesterday we had dinner with his 95 years old Aunty Anna in this Italian restaurant. i like hang out with her coz she is kinda slow motion, talk slow, walk slow i can sit, listen and relax instead of always in the rush like Kevin Joseph Shea...

i have been eating KFC- grill chicken  for the last 2 days and i love it so much!!! i probably will get another one for lunch today. i have cooked Tom yam soup and sweet sour chicken and im glad Mr/Mrs. Shea like it. i dont really miss my food anymore coz i can cook it myself anytime i want here.. things become so much easier now coz i have been adjusting well.. especially with the food, fisrt week i was here everything tasted different but now everything taste delicious i eat it all!!! thats my problem... if i dont exercise i will be big!!! welcome to America!!!

Motherhood

Motherhood! I really enjoy being a mum, perhaps because my kids are young and I am  still in complete control of their life! their well being are depends on me as their mum. They said "Teach them what you wanted to learn when you were a little instead of give them what you wish to have" im not sure what I wanted or wish to learn. Perhaps Piano, I always wish I could be able to play any musical instruments or perhaps I wish I have the "people skill" how to deal with people as I was so shy. Most of those leaders aren't really the smartest but one thing they have in common is their skill of how to convincing or pursuing people! I know for sure the only precious thing I could give my kids is my time! playing and explaining thing. they are little so everything is new and there is always new exciting thing for them to know. like last week I told Zack we are going to have a walk to the hill next to little manly beach where there are little bunnies because...

Karen, Paul and Beando’s/ they came on Friday… the house became crowded but the more the merry… I’m glad I experienced real American family; live and interact with them. My Indo (Jambi) Wedding

Jambi Traditional wedding cloth hand painting One of the happiest days of my life… Yes the wedding went perfect like what I expected. Words can’t explain how I felt but I will try my best. Seems like everyone likes Yusuf Kevin (that’s what they called him). I really wish he could speak Bahasa, blame on me!! I was too lazy to teach him my language. On Saturday a day before the wedding, we visited my aunty, she offered Shea a place to stay but we refused, rejection isn’t polite here they expected you to always say Yes all the time. it is more to the culture thingy. We went back to the village… everyone was waiting and excited to see Bule (white/western) to take some pictures. Derek and Shea were like celebrity of the weekend. The kids followed wherever they went. Shea bought about 30 kids ice cream which cost only $5 they were all happy. Bless him. We stayed for a few hours and learn the Indo sentence for the marriage. Shea has to remember bahasa word “Aku terima nikahi ...
