Cambodia #day6-7

#Day6: We just chilled, watched movie, and surfed internet in our room. Our day started at around 2pm. When we felt hungry and decided to have another Mexican food (I’m addicted to it), it was as delicious as ever, we ordered the same menu Fajitas. Then hanged out at Mick’s pool, such a relax day. Dinners at local Khmer restaurant with Mick and his fiancé, the food were good, we were happy. There is this restaurant called Happy pizza, why it is called so? Coz it makes you feels happy after u eat it. Yes it is not ordinary pizza but pizza with magic leaf / weeds (u can guess what they put there). They also sell happy happy pizza (double happy) at end for sure u will have double happy too (stone) CRAZY hey!!
#Day7: Nothing much to do, we have seen pretty much everything, the main reason we come to Siam Ream is the Angkor Wat. Temples, crocodiles, bike around the city, tuktuk, Bar street, window shopping, pool, foods, body massage, fish massage, are done. We have enough with this city, we do love it here but it’s time to leave. Yes we have purchased 2 bus tickets to Bangkok tomorrow morning at 8AM. all packed (pack and unpack) new city, new hotel, new circumstances… (fingercross I can get internet connection in Bangkok so I can keep blogging), this will be my 2nd time in Bangkok,, so much like Jakarta, traffic, people, buildings, pollution and etc but I do love the street food yumyum I cant wait.
Anyway, I got the tickets for $7/person, Shea asked them and they gave $8 (maybe bcoz he’s bule), hotel, laundry are paid. We finished the cup noodle for lunch, Shea went back to the pool chilled and I bike around the city for abt 30 minutes. Another Mexican food for last dinner in Siam Reap oh we both love it. the blue pumpkin for ice cream it was delicious… most of the food we ate here was delicious and good except for the square burger at KFC (I suggest just don’t go to KFC here in Siam Reap, doesn’t worthy with the money we pay). The blue pumpkin was so nice with white decoration, all painted white pillows, ceiling, chairs, sofa, everything is white… (so recommended). Before we went for ice cream, I tried fish massage (u put ur feet to this small fish aquarium then the fish bites ur feet, they eat the died skin (I feel sorry for the fish), it was very ticklish at the beginning and then u feel good after 5 minutes or so. I paid $1 for 10 minutes, I just wanted to try, the actual price is $3 for as long as you want, but I sat there for maybe more than 10 minutesJ. check and re-pack… all good!!!

i wish i could go back n live in US

You won’t miss cookies if u never have one but once you have one and u like it im sure you want more! Im talking about me liking US. my friends might not miss it coz they have never been there and experience the life but I did and I know how it feels like! I have been to only 3 great countries where people wish to stay and immigrant; Canada, US and Australia. I compare a lot about each and I conclude or in my personal opinion US is my choice. It is not because the super power country, police of the world etc, but I see it from the “quality of life” that this county offers for me or perhaps my kids in the future. The quality of life, there is so much better… im talking about very simple things I need for daily life such us things that makes easy in the kitchen ; wash disher, nice oven, good clean water, cheap groceries, cheap food / eating out, good shopping,   very good transportation system , quick response of 911 or fire fighter, good sanitation, quick services (bank/post office/stor

My Indo (Jambi) Wedding

Jambi Traditional wedding cloth hand painting One of the happiest days of my life… Yes the wedding went perfect like what I expected. Words can’t explain how I felt but I will try my best. Seems like everyone likes Yusuf Kevin (that’s what they called him). I really wish he could speak Bahasa, blame on me!! I was too lazy to teach him my language. On Saturday a day before the wedding, we visited my aunty, she offered Shea a place to stay but we refused, rejection isn’t polite here they expected you to always say Yes all the time. it is more to the culture thingy. We went back to the village… everyone was waiting and excited to see Bule (white/western) to take some pictures. Derek and Shea were like celebrity of the weekend. The kids followed wherever they went. Shea bought about 30 kids ice cream which cost only $5 they were all happy. Bless him. We stayed for a few hours and learn the Indo sentence for the marriage. Shea has to remember bahasa word “Aku terima nikahi

I call my family alot lately as i miss them more and more, this month i spent $90 for my Vodafone! I wanted to go to Brisbane as  have never been there but perhaps sometime this month or next month.  i cant stuck like this doing nothing but work -eat and sleep. I always end up feeling exhausted at the end of the day and refuse to do anything but sit in the couch and watch TV or sleep. Yesterday i drove to Neutral bay 20  minutes from Manly to see my work mate Maureen, i also met her guy housemate and we had lunch. It was nice.
